Waseef Madinatna Al Wakra - Qatar

Waseef Madinatna Al Wakra is one of the largest-scale mass housing projects in Qatar, located in Al Wakra, one of the country's rapidly developing areas. All fixed and movable furniture in the 6,780 apartments, consisting of 2 and 3-bedroom units, was manufactured by Solenne in accordance with international specifications and project technical requirements.

In this large-scale residential contract furniture project, furniture solutions were developed for all living areas of the apartments, primarily bedrooms, living areas, and dining areas. During the production process, durability, long-lasting use, high-quality surfaces, and the selection of materials conforming to standards were prioritized, and each product was realized in strict accordance with the project specifications.

The project was among the critical housing investments that needed to be completed before the Qatar 2023 World Cup; accordingly, production, quality control, and logistics processes were planned with time management and high-volume mass production capabilities. With its 45,000 m² of enclosed production area and experienced production team, Solenne completed the production of furniture for thousands of apartments in a short time and with an uninterrupted commitment to quality.

Throughout all production phases, project specifications, sample approvals, quality tests, and field compliance checks were meticulously implemented, and shipping and assembly processes were coordinated to suit Qatar's on-site conditions. Thanks to this approach, the project was delivered on schedule, fully aligned with the World Cup calendar.
